CryptoFlo provides educational content and market analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered investment advisors.

Cryptocurrency investments are highly speculative and volatile. Only invest what you can afford to lose. Consult licensed financial professionals before making investment decisions.

Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • Cancel anytime through Account Settings → Subscription
  • Access continues through the end of your paid period after cancellation
  • Payments processed securely via Stripe

Refund Policy

By completing a purchase on Crypto Flo, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon payment and you agree to the following policy in full.

All Sales Are Final

All subscription and one-time purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions are made for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plan charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges; your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plan charges are non-refundable in full or in part. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal; access continues through the end of the paid annual period.

Coin Add-On Subscriptions

Coin Add-On charges are non-refundable. Canceling an Add-On stops future charges and removes that coin from your briefed coins at the end of the billing period.

On-Demand Briefs

On-demand brief purchases are charged immediately upon request and are non-refundable once the brief has been generated and delivered to your account.

Verified Service Failure Exception

If Crypto Flo fails to deliver any briefs for five (5) or more consecutive days due to a verified, system-wide technical failure on our end, you may contact us to request a proportional account credit toward your next billing cycle. This exception does not apply to individual brief errors, network issues on your end, or any period of service interruption shorter than five consecutive days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Account Settings → Subscription. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge that falls under this policy is a violation of these Terms of Service. We retain records of service delivery, ToS acceptance, and all account activity. We will submit this evidence to the payment processor in response to any dispute. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently terminated without notice.

EU & UK Consumers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) is waived at checkout when you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Limitation of Liability

CRYPTOFLOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Investment losses or financial damages
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Content
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration, not court.
